Strategic move aligns UKGI’s consultancy and learning businesses under one leadership structure to drive growth and innovation.
UKGI Group bring together the Group’s consultancy and learning businesses under one management structure, with Jill Hambley transitioning into the new and expanded post of Consultancy Managing Director for UKGI Ltd, UKGI Learning Solutions, Searchlight Solutions, and Insurance Compliance Services (ICS).
A well-known leader and familiar face within UKGI Group, Jill brings a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the business. Jill spent 14 years on UKGI’s Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in shaping and growing the business before taking on the position of Managing Director at ICS in August 2018.
Having been involved in insurance compliance since before the FSA came into play in 2005, Jill has witnessed significant developments in regulation and culture in the insurance industry in the last 20+ years. She has been able to translate this unique view into practical and proportionate solutions for the clients of UKGI and ICS.
